Perhaps our Happy Campers Board and Train Program would be a good fit for you and your puppy. 

​

We use force free, humane, positive reinforcement training methods for our Happy Campers Board and Train Program that involves daily one-on-one training in our home located in Scottsdale.

​

We will determine what your puppy finds reinforcing, whether that be their food, soft or crunchy treats, toys, praise, affection or real-life rewards (such as sniffing or going outside).

​

We do not use punishment based methods, or aversive tools like e-collars, prongs or choke chains.

​

All clients must provide veterinarian proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella) or a current titer test as well as flea/tick prevention and a negative fecal test.

We ask that you provide enough food to last your puppy during their stay to minimize upset stomach.

​

We require a $500 non-refundable booking fee to hold your spot in the Happy Campers Board and Train Program. The remainder of the Program cost must be paid 48 hours prior to your puppy being picked up for training.

All Happy Campers B&T Programs (minus the booking fee) are refundable up to 7 days prior to the start of your Program. We do offer payment plans, but balance must be paid off *prior* to starting the Happy Campers B&T Program.

​21 Day Happy Campers Board and Train Program Investment - $3,500

• Includes pick up & drop off at your home or Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

• 20 Days of one-on-one training

• Dogs 8 weeks to 6 months old are eligible

• 60 Minute virtual consultation

• Includes introducing the following: name recognition, recall/come, touch/target, sit, down, wait, release cue, eye contact, leash manners, place, leave it, door manners, polite greetings, sound desensitization, body handling, crate training and potty training

• Age appropriate field trips (real world training opportunities, Sniffaris, hikes/walks, etc. - puppies who have not yet completed their vaccinations will be taken out for training sessions in a puppy stroller)

• Transportation in a secured Ruff Land crate appropriately sized to your puppy

• One 90 minute in-home lesson or one 30 minute virtual session during week one and week two

• Optional bath before going home

• One 90 minute transfer lesson at drop off (if local), or virtual session once back home

• One 60 minute in-home lesson within 3 weeks after pup returns home (if local)

• Three 60 minute virtual lessons within 6 weeks after pup returns home

• If out of state, four 60 minute virtual lessons included within 6 weeks after pup returns home

• Training Pack (treat pouch, clicker, bag of treats and raised cot)

• Enrichment Pack (West Paw Toppl, Treat Dispensing Toy, Snuffle Mat)

• Email, virtual and text support for 4 months after program is completed

7-14 Day Happy Campers Refresher Board and Train Program Investment - $100/day

• Includes pick up & drop off at your home or Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

• One-on-one training during their stay

• Dogs who have completed our 21 Day Happy Campers Program are eligible

• 60 Minute virtual consultation

• Includes going over behaviors learned in the program

• Age appropriate field trips (real world training opportunities, Sniffaris, hikes/walks, etc. - puppies who have not yet completed their vaccinations will be taken out for training sessions in a puppy stroller)

• Transportation in a secured Ruff Land crate appropriately sized to your puppy

• Optional bath before going home

• One 60 minute transfer lesson at drop off (if local), or virtual session once back home

• One 60 minute virtual lesson within 2 weeks after pup returns home

• Email, virtual and text support for 30 days after refresher program is completed

We offer pick up and drop off service for our Happy Campers Board and Train Program clients who reside in the greater Phoenix/Maricopa County area. We can provide transportation for clients outside of our service area for an additional fee of $2/per mile for zip codes 30 miles outside of 85258.
